Refund policy

We genuinely want to help with any issue you have. Before anything else, please reach out to us — most problems can be solved quickly and we'll always do our best to make it right.

Please note the following:

  • Returns and refunds are offered at our discretion and are not guaranteed. We consider them only when we are unable to otherwise resolve your issue.
  • We require video proof of the issue first. Before any return or refund can be considered, please email us a short video clearly showing the problem.
  • Refunds are issued only at our discretion, and only when the issue is the fault of our supplier — for example, an item that arrives defective or damaged.
  • If the issue is due to a customer error (such as ordering the wrong size or a change of mind), the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

How to start a request

Email us at support@silversnouts.co with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A short video (and photos, if helpful) showing the issue
  3. A brief description of the problem
